乳糜血对高脂血症患者的血常规检验结果的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Chylblood on the Results of Blood Routine Test in Patients with Hyperlipidemia

目的分析乳糜血对高脂血症患者的血常规检验结果的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月我院检验的40例高脂血症患者设为观察组,根据患者有无乳糜血将其分为乳糜血组(15例)和非乳糜血组(25例),另选同期的40名体检健康者设为对照组,对比观察组和对照组以及乳糜血组与非乳糜血组血常规检测结果。结果观察组患者红细胞(RBC)、红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血小板计数(PLT)、平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血小板平均体积(MPV)水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。乳糜血组RBC、WBC、Hb水平均高于非乳糜血组(均P<0.05),MCHC、HCT、PLT、MCH、MCV、MPV水平相比差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论乳糜血会造成高脂血症患者甘油三酯水平升高,从而引起对血常规检测产生影响,主要体现在会引起红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白水平升高,所以,在应用血常规筛查高脂血症期间需要注意判定患者有无乳糜血。

Objective To analyze the influence of chylblood on the blood routine test results of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods Forty patients with hyperlipidemia tested in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and divided into chylous blood group(15 cases)and non-chylous blood group(25 cases)according to the presence or absence of chylous blood,and 40 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The results of routine blood tests were compared between the observation and control groups and between the coeliac and non-coeliac groups.Results The levels of red blood cells(RBC),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),white blood cell count(WBC),hematocrit(HCT),platelet count(PLT),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),haemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),and mean platelet volume(MPV)of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of RBC,WBC and Hb in chylous blood group were significantly higher than those in non-chylous blood group(all P<0.05),while the levels of MCHC,HCT,PLT,MCH,MCV and MPV were not significantly different(all P>0.05).Conclusions Chylemia can cause the increase of triglyceride level in patients with hyperlipidemia,thus affecting the routine blood test,which is mainly reflected in the increase of red blood cell,white blood cell and hemoglobin levels.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to determining whether patients have chylemia during the application of routine blood screening for hyperlipidemia.
