基于循证案例的流程化护理在脑梗死患者神经功能恢复中的应用

Application of Evidence-Based Process Nursing in the Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的本次研究旨在探讨基于循证案例的流程化护理在脑梗死患者神经功能恢复中的应用。方法选取2020年5月至2023年5月古田县医院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规护理模式,研究组实施基于循证案例的流程化护理。对比分析两组患者干预前后炎性因子水平、卒中量表(NIHSS)评分以及干预后生活质量。结果干预后,研究组患者炎性因子水平、NIHSS得分低于对照组(均P<0.05),研究组患者生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于循证案例的流程化护理在脑梗死患者神经功能恢复中的应用可有效降低患者炎性因子水平,促进神经功能恢复提高患者生活质量。

Objective This study aims to explore the application of evidence-based case-based process nursing in the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Neurology Department of Gutian County Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group implemented routine nursing mode,while the research group implemented evidence-based case-based process nursing.Compare and analyze the levels of inflammatory factors,NIHSS scores,and post intervention quality of life between two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the levels of inflammatory factors and NIHSS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of evidence-based process nursing in the recovery of neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,promote neurological function recovery,and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
