优化药学服务管理对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的影响

Effects of Optimizing Pharmaceutical Service Management on Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的研究药房药学服务管理优化对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的用药合理性及服务质量的影响。方法将我院在2018年1月至2020年12月实施药房药学服务常规管理期间接收86例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为本次对比对象,归为对照组;将我院在2021年1月至2023年12月实施药房药学服务管理优化期间接收100例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为本次研究对象,归为试验组,通过合理用药占比、服务质量评分、不良事件发生率及患儿症状改善时间、住院时间评价管理效果。结果相比于对照组,试验组合理用药占比更高,不良事件发生率更低(均P<0.05);试验组用药安全、治疗效率、服务态度、健康引导等服务质量评分相比于对照组均更高(均P<0.05);试验组头痛、咳嗽、发热等症状改善用时及住院时间相比于对照组均更短(均P<0.05)。结论药房药学服务管理优化对肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的用药合理性及服务质量影响大。因此,肺炎支原体肺炎患儿治疗中,加强药房药学服务管理优化。

Objective To study the effect of optimization of pharmacy care management on drug use rationality and service quality of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 86 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia received by our hospital during the routine management of pharmacy pharmacy services from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the comparison objects and classified as the control group,A total of 100 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia received by our hospital during the optimization of pharmacy pharmacy service management from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study and classified into the experimental group.The management effect was evaluated by the proportion of rational drug use,service quality score,adverse event incidence rate,symptom improvement time of children and hospital stay.Results Compared with the control group,the trial group had a higher proportion of rationalised medication and a lower incidence of adverse events(all P<0.05).Service quality scores such as medication safety,treatment efficiency,service attitude,health guidance,etc,were higher in the trial group compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Time spent on symptomatic improvement such as headache,cough,fever,etc,as well as hospitalisation time in the trial group were shorter compared with the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The optimization of pharmaceutical care management in pharmacies has a significant impact on drug use rationality and service quality of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Therefore,the optimization of pharmaceutical care management in pharmacies should be strengthened in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
