临床护理路径在行PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者护理中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with PICC Catheterized Tumor Chemotherapy

目的分析PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者护理中,临床护理路径的临床效果。方法将2022年1月至2022年12月本院78例行PICC置管肿瘤化疗患者纳入研究,单双号法分为对照组(单号,常规护理,39例)、观察组(双号,临床护理路径,39例),全面分析干预效果。结果干预后,观察组抑郁、愤怒、疲劳、紧张等心境状态评分均较对照组低(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组精神影响、坚韧、控制、忍受消极、积极接受变化等心理弹性评分均较对照组高(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组心理功能、社会功能、躯体功能、物质生活等生活质量评分均较对照组高(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组面对评分较对照组高,回避、屈服评分较对照组低(均P<0.05);观察组并发症的发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径具有临床效果,其通过规范护理流程、改善患者的心理情境,降低并发症,为肿瘤化疗患者提供更加安全有效的护理方式。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with PICC catheterized tumor chemotherapy.Methods From January to December 2022,78 patients with PICC catheterized tumor chemotherapy in our hospital were included in the study,and were divided into control group(single,routine care,39 cases)and observation group(double,clinical care path,39 cases)with odd-even numbers.The effect of intervention was comprehensively analyzed.Results After the intervention,the state of mind scores of depression,anger,fatigue,and tension were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05),and the psychological resilience scores of mental affect,resilience,control,tolerance of negativity,and positive acceptance of change were all higher in the observation group than in the control group after the intervention(all P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of psychological functioning,social functioning,somatic functioning and material life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05),after the intervention,the confrontation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the avoidance and submission scores were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway has clinical effects,which provides safer and more effective nursing methods for cancer chemotherapy patients by standardizing nursing procedures,improving patients'psychological situation,and reducing complications.
