精细化护理干预在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Refined Nursing Intervention in Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的探究在异常子宫出血患者中开展精细化护理干预的应用效果,以及对患者负性情绪和护理满意度的影响价值。方法抽取2021年7月至2024年5月期间我院收治的异常子宫出血患者92例为研究对象,按照随机信封法均衡分为两个组别,分别称作对照组与试验组,对照组共纳入患者46例,采取常规护理干预模式;试验组共纳入患者46例,采取精细化护理干预模式。对比指标:护理相关指标、干预前后负性情绪、生活质量与睡眠质量评分、遵医行为评分以及护理满意度。结果试验组患者的出血量和住院花费均比对照组更低,出血时间和住院时间均比对照组更短(P<0.05);干预后,试验组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分比对照组更低,生活质量评分更高(P<0.05);试验组遵医行为评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度比试验组更低(P<0.05)。结论在异常子宫出血患者中运用精细化护理干预效果出众,能有效减少患者出血量,缩短出血时间和住院治疗时间,节省患者医疗经济费用。还能缓解患者焦虑、紧张等负性情绪,促进患者睡眠质量提升,改善患者的遵医行为与生活品质,使护理服务得到更多患者的认可。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,and the impact value on patients'negative emotions and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 92 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to May 2024 were selected as study subjects and evenly divided into two groups according to random envelope method,namely control group and experimental group.A total of 46 patients were included in the control group and routine nursing intervention mode was adopted.A total of 46 patients were included in the experimental group,and the refined nursing intervention mode was adopted.Comparison indicators:nursing related indicators,negative emotions before and after intervention,quality of life and sleep quality scores,compliance behavior scores and nursing satisfaction.Results The blood loss and hospitalization cost of experimental group were lower than that of control group,and the bleeding time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of anxiety,depression and sleep quality in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the scores of life quality were higher(P<0.05).But before intervention,there was no significant difference in the above indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of compliance behavior in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of control group was lower than that of experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application offine nursing intervention in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding has a superior effect,which can effectively reduce the amount of blood loss,shorten the bleeding time and hospitalization time,and save the medical economic cost of patients.It can also significantly relieve patients'anxiety,tension and other negative emotions,promote patients'sleep quality,improve patients'compliance behavior and quality of life,and make nursing services recognized by more patients.
