授权教育结合体位干预护理对糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者生活质量评分的影响

Effect of Authorized Education Combined with Postural Intervention Nursing on Quality of Life Score of Patients Undergoing Surgery for Diabetic Retinopathy

目的分析授权教育结合体位干预护理对糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者的影响。方法选取厦门市第三医院收取的进行手术治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者60例,就诊时间为2021年1月至2023年6月,分组法为随机数字表法,对照组(n=30),采用常规护理结合体位干预护理;观察组(n=30),在对照组的基础上采用授权教育。对比两组生活质量、视力水平及自我管理行为。结果护理后,观察组结果显示病变对患者的症状与视功能、身体功能、社会活动、精神心理的影响程度低于对照组,患者的视力水平以及对血糖监测、运动、药物、饮食的自我管理水平高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论授权教育结合体位干预护理可提高糖尿病视网膜病变手术患者视力水平,改善其生活质量水平。

Objective To analyze the effect of authorized education combined with postural intervention nursing on patients undergoing surgery for diabetic retinopathy.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR)who underwent surgical treatment charged by Xiamen Third Hospital were selected,and the consultation time was from January 2021 to June 2023.The grouping method was random number method,the control group(n=30),which used conventional care combined with postural intervention care;the observation group(n=30),which used empowerment education on the basis of the control group.Comparing the quality of life,visual acuity level and self-management behaviours of the two groups.Results After nursing care,the results of the observation group showed that the lesions affected the patients'symptoms and visual function,physical function,social activities,and mental and psychological well-being to a significantly lesser extent than those of the control group,and that the patients'visual acuity and self-management of blood glucose monitoring,exercise,medication,and diet were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Authorized education combined with postural intervention nursing can improve the visual acuity and quality of life of patients undergoing diabetic retinopathy surgery.
