硝苯地平缓释片用于高血压治疗的临床效果及安全性分析

Observation on the Efficacy and Safety of Nifedipine Sustained-release Tablets for the Treatment of Hypertension

目的 分析硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的效果。方法 非随机选取2022年6月—2023年6月潍坊市中医院收治的92例高血压患者为研究对象。按用药方案的不同分为两组,每组46例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片,观察者在对照组方案基础上增用硝苯地平缓释片。比较两组的治疗效果、血压水平与不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的80.43%(37/46),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.059,P<0.05)。观察组血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 高血压患者临床治疗选用硝苯地平缓释片可进一步降低血压,提高临床效果,保证用药安全性。

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nifedipine extended-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods Ninety-two cases of hypertensive patients admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2023 were non-randomly selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the different medication regimens,with forty-six cases in each group.The control group was given Irbesartan tablets,and the observers added nifedipine extended-release tablets on the basis of the control group program.The therapeutic effect,blood pressure level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than 80.43%(37/46) of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.059,P<0.05).The blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than thoes of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The selection of nifedipine extended-release tablets for the clinical treatment of hypertensive patients can further reduce blood pressure,improve clinical effects and ensure drug safety.
