摘要
基于情绪认知评价理论和应对理论,从失败恐惧的角度分析创业者如何运用有效的应对策略塑造创业韧性。通过对308位创业者一手调研数据检验研究假设与理论模型,研究发现:对失败恐惧感低的创业者,创业韧性更强;问题应对和情绪应对是提升创业韧性的关键路径;低失败恐惧感的创业者倾向于通过问题应对优化情绪应对,积极影响创业韧性。
This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurs use effective coping strategies to shape entrepreneurial resilience from the perspective of fear of failure is analyzed based on the emotional cognitive appraisal evaluation theory and coping theory.The hypothesis and theoretical model were tested on the research data of 308 entrepreneurs.The result shows that:that entrepreneurs with lower fear of failure exhibit stronger entrepreneurial resilience;Problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping are key paths to enhance entrepreneurial resilience.In addition,the study also found that entrepreneurs with lower fear of failure are more inclined to optimize emotion-focused coping through problem-focused coping,which in turn has a positive impact on entrepreneurial resilience.
