篮球作为当今热门的体育运动,深受全球各国人民的关注和喜爱。而该运动的快速发展,也对运动员在比赛场上的运动能力和表现提出了更高要求。因此,篮球教练要充分发挥功能性训练的优势,加强运动员的日常体能训练,这样不但可以帮助运动员有效恢复身体机能,还可以提高日常训练的质量,培养运动员更佳的综合素质。该文将进一步分析和探究功能性训练在篮球体能训练中的应用,旨在为我国篮球体能训练的发展提供参考。
Basketball,as a popular sport nowadays,is deeply concerned and loved by people all over the world.The rapid development of basketball has also put forward higher requirements for athletes'athletic ability and performance on the competition field.Therefore,basketball coaches should make full use of the advantages of functional training to enhance athletes'daily physical training.This can not only help athletes effectively recover their physical functions,but also improve the quality of daily training and cultivate better comprehensive qualities.The article will further analyze and explore the application of functional training in basketball physical training,aiming to provide reference for the development of basketball physical training in China.
