With the rapid development of information technology and in response to the new era background,the teaching model of college Public Physical Education is undergoing profound changes.This paper aims to conduct practical research on the reform of blended teaching for Table Tennis courses in college Public Physical Education.By integrating the richness and variety of online teaching resources and the interactivity of offline teaching practice,a more flexible,efficient,and adaptable teaching model is established.This model has great significance for enhancing teaching quality and fostering students'comprehensive development.
