随着制造业对焊接质量和效率的不断追求,焊接机器人视觉系统的研究显得尤为重要。焊接机器人视觉系统设计可以实现焊接质量和效率,通过介绍视觉系统的硬件配置,摄像机的选择与配置、光源系统的设计以及图像采集卡的选型,详细阐述焊缝识别与跟踪算法的设计,通过精细调整和优化,确保系统的高效和稳定性。研究表明:算法在精确识别和实时跟踪中具有关键作用,优化的视觉系统不仅提升了焊接操作的精度,还显著提高了生产效率,为工业自动化领域提供了重要的技术支持。
