摘要
实践教学可以激发学生学习兴趣、促进知识与技能的转化,提升学生的实践能力、创新能力和就业竞争力。以高职供应链运营专业为例,研究发现实践教学体系存在内容“广”、要求“高”、设施“差”、师资“弱”和评价“偏”的问题。在分析岗、课、赛、证基本内涵和逻辑关系基础上,构建了高职院校实践教学体系。该体系实践路径为:坚持“合作共赢,降本增效”理念,加强政行企校协同合作,开展设置岗位调研,优化课程设置,加强教师队伍建设,开发实践教学环节,整合实践教学资源,构建实践教学评价体系。
Practical teaching can stimulate students'interests in learning,promote the transformation of knowledge and skills,enhance students'practical ability,innovation ability,and employment competitiveness.Taking the supply chain operation major in higher vocational education as an example,the research has found that the practical teaching system has problems such as“broad”content,“high”requirements,“poor”facilities,“weak”teaching staff,and“biased”evaluation.Based on the analysis of the basic connotations and logical relationships of post,course,competition and certification,a practical teaching system for vocational colleges has been constructed.The practical paths of this system are to adhere to the concept of“win-win cooperation,cost reduction and efficiency improvement”,strengthen the collaboration between government,industry,enterprises and schools,conduct job research,optimize curriculum design,strengthen teacher team construction,develop practical teaching links,integrate practical teaching resources,and build a practical teaching evaluation system.
