摘要
目的:基于专利引文网络探索输血领域的主路径。方法:本研究通过构建输血领域的专利引文网络,采用搜索路径连接数算法(search path link count,SPLC)计算遍历权重,通过全局搜索与局部搜索2种方式,对输血领域的全局主路径、全局关键路径主路径、局部前向主路径、局部后向主路径及局部关键路径主路径进行分析,探索该领域的技术发展轨迹。结果:输血领域共有专利申请5176项,包含专利引文22099件;专利申请数量逐年增长,技术创新活跃,预计到2025和2030年专利申请数量将分别达到1735和3773项;技术创新聚焦于血液采集及输血装置、血液成分处理方法等方向;美国既是重要的技术输出国,也是重要的技术输入国;输血领域借鉴了血液疾病的相关科学基础研究,包括血液净化、造血干细胞、多能干细胞及造血微环境。输血领域的主路径分析显示,局部关键路径主路径与全局主路径一致,该路径上的专利数量最多,有9件,其中包含1条技术路线,与输血评估方法的技术发展路径有关;局部前向主路径、局部后向主路径与全局关键路径主路径一致,有7件专利,包含1条技术路线,与失血监测和估算方法的技术发展路径有关。结论:本研究通过对输血领域的主路径进行分析,识别技术发展轨迹,从情报学角度为输血研究提供信息支撑。
Objective:To explore the main paths in the field of blood transfusion based on patent citation network.Methods:A patent citation network in the field of blood transfusion was constructed.The search path link count(SPLC)was used to calculate the traversal weight.By using two path search methods,the global search and local search,the global main path,global key-route path,local forward main path,local backward main path and local key-route path were analyzed to explore the technology development trajectory.Results:There were 5176 patent applications in the field of blood transfusion,including 22099 patent citations.The number of patent applications increased year by year,and technological innovation was active.It was expected that the number of patent applications would reach 1735 and 3773 respectively in 2025 and 2030.The technological innovation hotspots involved blood collection and transfusion devices,blood component processing methods,etc.The United States was both an important technology exporter and an important technology importer.The field of blood transfusion drew on relevant scientific research to solve blood diseases,including blood purification,hematopoiesis stem cell,pluripotent stem cells and hematopoietic microenvironment.Analysis of the main paths in the field of blood transfusion showed that the local key-route main path was consistent with the global main path,with the largest number of patents,nine pieces,including one technical route,pertaining to blood transfusion assessment methods;the local forward main path and the local backward main path were consistent with the global key-route main path,with seven patents,including one technical route,regarding blood loss monitoring and estimation methods.Conclusion:This study analyzed the main paths in the field of blood transfusion,identified the technology development trajectory,and provided information support for blood transfusion research from the perspective of information science.
