舞蹈作品中常用光位的使用技巧——以侧光为例

Techniques of Common Lighting Positions in Dance Works:a Case Study of Side Lighting

光位设计在灯光设计中扮演着至关重要的角色。一张成功的光位设计图应当能够展现设计师从导演的角度对整个剧目的宏观把控。舞蹈主要依靠肢体语言表情达意,在舞台上最能突出肢体的光位就是侧光,因此,侧光在舞蹈中被视为最常用、最重要的光位,这一点是被广泛认可的。文章主要以两个最常用的侧光,地面流动光和吊笼侧光为研究对象,探讨侧光在舞蹈演出中的使用技巧。地面流动光是舞蹈作品中使用频率极高的光位,当没有演员或其他介质在舞台上流动时,观众看不到光的存在,当演员、机关布景或浓烟在舞台上流动时,则侧面轮廓明显、造型突出,是塑造舞蹈肢体、布景体积,呈现舞蹈视觉层次非常理想的造型光。吊笼光从侧面投射光线,能够有效地勾勒演员的肢体轮廓,投射出具有“方向感”的造型光,无论作为主光源、辅助光还是作为环境染色和布景造型使用,都具有不可替代的重要造型作用。文章以近年知名舞剧作品为例,聚焦侧光的使用技巧,以此来探讨如何通过灵活调度光位,来丰富舞蹈作品的层次。

The design of lighting positions plays a crucial role in lighting design.A successful lighting position design demonstrates the designer's macroscopic control over the entire production from the director's perspective.Dance primarily relies on body movements to convey emotions and messages,and side lighting is the most effective way to accentuate the body on stage.Therefore,it is widely recognized as the most common and important lighting position in dance.This paper focuses on two of the most commonly used side lighting techniques,ground flowing light and boom side light,to explore their usage in dance performances.Ground flowing light is frequently used in dance works.It remains invisible to the audience when no performers or objects are moving on stage,but it sketches the side contours and shapes when performers,set pieces,or smoke move across the stage,which is an ideal modeling light for shaping the dancing body and stage scenery and presenting the visual hierarchy of dance works.Boom light,which projects light from the side,can effectively outline the contours of the performers'bodies and cast directional modeling light.Whether used as the main light source,auxiliary light,or for environmental coloring and set design,it plays an irreplaceable role in creating shapes.By examining well-known dance works,this paper focuses on the techniques of side lighting to explore how to enrich dance works by flexibly scheduling lighting positions.
