城市更新背景下空间重塑的路径研究——基于空间三元辩证法的分析

城市更新是我国突破发展瓶颈,实现内涵式、高质量发展的重要路径,也是我国面临的重大时代命题。作为城市更新的重要内容和关键环节,老旧小区更新改造本质上是一种复杂的空间再生产活动,其中蕴含着丰富的治理内涵和价值。但老旧小区更新改造面临着复杂的空间困境,主要表现为公共空间供给不足、场所精神迷失、社区认同感不高以及由此导致的社区公共性实践参与匮乏等。要有效激活老旧小区公共空间的活力,实现老旧小区的“逆生长”,必须推动“实践性空间—空间的表征—表征性空间”三大空间的系统性重构及有机互动。在老旧小区改造和治理的实践中,系统整合社区资源以提升空间公共性,强化居民参与主体性和构建社区治理共同体,是城市更新背景下空间重塑的重要路径。

Urban renewal is an important way to break development bottlenecks and realize connotative and high-quality development.It is also a major era proposition that China is facing.As an important part of urban renewal,the renewal and transformation of old residential areas is essentially a complex spatial reproduction activity,which contains rich governance connotations and values.However,the renovation of old residential areas is faced with complex spatial difficulties,such as insufficient supply of public space,loss of locality spirit,low community identity and the resulting lack of participation in community public practice.In order to activate the public space in old residential areas and realize the“reverse growth”of old residential areas,it is necessary to promote the systematic reconstruction and organic interaction of the three spaces of“practical space-representation”.In the practice of old residential reconstruction and governance,the systematic integration of community resources to enhance spatial publicity,strengthen the subjectivity of residents'participation and build a community governance community is an important path of spatial reconstruction in the context of urban renewal.
