复发性流产是常见的妊娠并发症之一,其病因复杂,已经引起临床的广泛重视。现代医学研究表明,复发性流产与胰岛素抵抗存在相关性,治疗胰岛素抵抗有助于降低自然流产的发生率;现代医学通过早期干预来提高患者妊娠成功率,传统中医通过辨证论治及联合现代医学手段亦收到了良好的治疗效果;因此该文将对近年来中西医对复发性流产并胰岛素抵抗的诊疗进展进行综述,以期提供更多循证依据。

Recurrent miscarriage is one of the common pregnancy complications with complex etiology,which has attracted extensive clinical attention.Modern medical research has shown that recurrent miscarriage is correlated with insulin resistance,and the treatment of insulin resistance can help to reduce the incidence of spontaneous abortion;modern medicine improves the success rate of pregnancy through early intervention, and traditional Chinese medicine also receives good therapeutic effects through the identification of the evidence and the treatment and the combination of modern medicine;therefore, this article will review the progress of the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent miscarriage and insulin resistance in recent years in both Chinese and Western medicine, with the aim of more evidence-based basis.
