摘要
目的 通过对不同产地虎眼万年青的显微特征指数进行定量分析,以便于区分不同产地的虎眼万年青药材,为虎眼万年青的质量控制提供新手段。方法 选用淀粉粒作为虎眼万年青药材的显微特征指标,应用容量分析方法,优化均匀设计实验,对不同产地虎眼万年青中的淀粉粒进行显微特征指数的测定。结果 不同产地之间的虎眼万年青中淀粉粒的显微特征指数具有较大差异,范围为16 834.1~62 512.3个/mg。结论 显微特征指数的定量分析法可以作为不同产地虎眼万年青药材的鉴别依据,该方法能够为虎眼万年青质量标准的建立提供参考,为虎眼万年青显微特征指数与化学成分关联性分析奠定基础。
Objective By quantitatively analyzing the microscopic characteristic indices of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum)from different origins,to facilitate the differentiation of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum)herbs from different origins and provide a new means for the quality control of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum).Methods The starch grains were selected as the index of microscopic characteristics of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum),and the volume analysis method was applied to optimize the homogeneous design of experiments to determine the microscopic characteristic indices of the starch grains in Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum)herbs of different origins.Results The microscopic characteristic indices of starch grains in Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum)varied considerably between different origins,ranging from 16834.1 to 62512.3 grains/mg.Conclusion The quantitative analysis of the microscopic characteristic index can be used as a basis for the identification of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum)herbs from different origins,and this method can provide a reference for the establishment of the quality standard of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum),and lay a foundation for the correlation analysis of the microscopic characteristic index and chemical constituents of Huyan Wannianqing(Ornithogalum caudatum).
