摘要
高校体育课内外“一体化”教学设计目标是为切实促进学生参与到体育锻炼当中,以进一步锻炼身心,构建高校体育课内外“一体化”教学评价体系是让教学可以有章可循,有计可施。从三个维度对教学评价指标、内容、方法与评分权重进行研究,有助于更好地保障教学质量,赋能和激励体育教师更好地完成教学工作,带动学生体育锻炼与学习效果,实现体育教学的健康第一目标,夯实学生的终身体育的意识、习惯和能力。
The goal of“integrated”teaching design inside and outside of physical education classes in universities is to effectively promote students’participation in physical exercise,in order to further exercise their physical and mental health.The construction of an integrated teaching evaluation system inside and outside of physical education classes in universities is to enable teaching to have rules to follow and plans to implement.This paper studies the teaching evaluation indicators,content,methods and scoring weights from three dimensions,which will be helpful to ensure teaching quality,empower and motivate physical education teachers to better complete teaching work,promote student physical exercise and improve learning effectiveness,achieve the goal of health first in physical education and teaching,and strengthen students’awareness,habits and abilities in lifelong physical education.
