甘薯块根膨大机制研究进展

摘要 甘薯[Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.]兼粮食作物和经济作物,在中国粮食安全和经济发展中具有重要作用。甘薯块根是甘薯收获的主要器官,营养价值丰富,并且其发育及膨大直接影响甘薯的产量。因此,了解块根膨大的机理对提高甘薯产量有重要意义。本研究从影响甘薯块根膨大的温度、光照、水分、施肥水平和塑料薄膜等环境因素,淀粉、可溶性糖、蛋白质和必需氨基酸等块根代谢物,细胞分裂素(CTK)、脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)和茉莉酸(JA)等内源激素,以及MADS-box和Homeobox等转录因子和淀粉合成、块根形成等相关基因4个方面综述了近年来有关甘薯块根膨大的研究进展,为甘薯块根膨大机理的深入研究提供参考。 The sweetpotato[Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.]is grain and economic crop,which plays an vital role in ensuring national food security and promoting social and economic development.Sweetpotato storage root is the main organ of sweetpotato harvested and rich in nutrition,its development and expansion directly impact on sweetpotato production.Therefore,it has great significance for improving the yield of sweetpotato by understanding the mechanism into expansion of storage root.In this study,the research progress on sweetpotato storage root expansion has been reviewed in recent years from 4 aspects that affect the storage root expansion.The environmental factors such as temperature,light,moisture,fertilization level and plastic film,root metabolite such as starch,soluble sugar,protein and essential amino acids,and endogenous hormones such as cytokinin(CTK),abscisic acid(ABA),auxin(IAA),gibberellin(GA)and jasmonic acid(JA)were studied,and MADS-box and Homeobox transcription factors and genes related to starch synthesis and root tuber formation.It will provide a reference for in-depth study on the sweetpotato storage root expansion.
