摘要
绿色氢能具有零碳、单位质量热值高、可再生等优点,越来越受到人们重视。但是氢气也有密度低、单位体积热值低、难以压缩和液化等缺点。以绿氢为原料合成的绿氨、绿色甲醇、绿色航空煤油作为氢基能源既能解决用能终端脱碳的问题,又能解决绿氢的消纳问题。绿氢+绿色化工(氢氨醇油)项目涉及学科众多,制氢整流器、电解水制氢系统、绿氢的应用工艺是绿氢发展的重要环节。文章介绍两种制氢整流器的特点,介绍四种电解水制氢系统的技术优缺点,阐述了生物质气化工艺、绿氨合成工艺、绿色甲醇合成工艺、绿色航空煤油合成工艺的技术特点,为本行业的从业人员提供可选的技术思路。
Green hydrogen,with its advantages of zero carbon emissions,high energy value per unit mass,and renewability,is gaining increasing attention.However,it has disadvantages such as low density,low energy value per unit volume, and difficulties in compression and liquefaction. Green ammonia, green methanol, and green aviation fuel synthesized from green hydrogen not only address decarbonization at the energy consumption end but also solve the issue of green hydrogen utilization.Projects involving green hydrogen and green chemicals(hydrogen,ammonia,methanol, and jet fuel) encompass a multitude of disciplines, hydrogen production rectifier, electrolytic water hydrogen production system,green hydrogen application process is an important link in the development of green hydrogen.This article presents the characteristics of two types of hydrogen rectifiers, discusses the technical pros and cons of four electrolysis systems for hydrogen production, and elaborates on the technical features of biomass gasification, green ammonia synthesis,green methanol synthesis,and green aviation fuel synthesis processes.It thereby provides industry professionals with alternative technological approaches to consider.
