摘要
建设产教融合实训基地是职业院校深化产教融合、与企业强化协同育人、培养高素质技术技能人才的发展路径。基于组织生态学理论视域,职业教育产教融合实训基地具有共生度、融合度和适应度三个内涵表征维度。职业院校可围绕搭建实训基地工作组织架构、工学结合人才培养机制、实训基地建设工作机制、实训基地发展保障机制等四个维度,与企共建产教融合实训基地。在此基础上,建立包含4个一级指标、16个二级指标的产教融合实训基地评价体系,以期为职业教育客观评价、规范发展产教融合实训基地提供借鉴。
The construction of a training base for integration of industry and education is a development path for vocational colleges to deepen integration of industry and education,strengthen cooperative education with enterprises,and train high-quality technical talents.Based on the perspective of organizational ecology theory,the training base of integration of industry and education in vocational education has three dimensions of symbiosis,integration and fitness.Vocational colleges and enterprises can build training bases for integration of industry and education by focusing on four dimensions,namely,the organizational structure of training bases,the talent training mechanism of combining work with study,the working mechanism of training bases and the development guarantee mechanism of training bases.On this basis,an evaluation system of an industry-education integration training base containing 4 first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes is established,in order to provide reference for the objective evaluation of vocational education and the standardized development of the training base of integration of industry and education.
