摘要
中高职贯通培养是职业教育育人的重要途径,为区域产业发展提供重要人力资源。针对中高职贯通培养规格定位不准,培养质量不高等问题,以东莞职业技术学院机械制造及自动化省级高水平专业群建设为契机,构建以工程实践项目为载体的五年一贯制培养模式,开发一体化系统化的课程体系;以递进层级岗位能力要求为培养主线,精准对接企业需求,提出了中高企一体化协同育人模式,形成了中高企命运共同体机制,为培养符合现场工程师标准的技术技能人才提供经验借鉴。
The integration cultivation between secondary and higher vocational schools is an important means of vocational education and provides important human resources for regional industrial development.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate orientation and low cultivation quality in the secondary and higher vocational integration cultivation,taking the construction of provincial high-level professional group of machinery manufacturing and automation in Dongguan Polytechnic as an opportunity,a five-year cultivation model based on engineering practice projects is constructed to develop an integrated and systematic curriculum system.Taking the ability requirements of progressive posts as the main line of cultivation,accurately docking the needs of enterprises,put forward the integrated collaborative education model of secondary and higher vocational schools and enterprises,and form a community mechanism of secondary and higher vocational schools and enterprises with a shared future.It provides experience for cultivating technical skills talents who meet the standard of field engineers.
