智能化背景下高职机械类专业人才培养模式研究

摘要 智能制造理念已深入各行各业,高职机械类专业人才培养也需要适应智能制造技术的发展。文章分析了智能制造背景下高职机械类专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,从明确专业人才培养目标,基于“产学研创”创建具备技术创新与教学科研能力的双栖型教师团队等方面对高职机械类专业人才培养模式进行了研究;提出通过整合多方资源,打造基于校企合作的机械类专业智能制造教学平台,创新教学方式,采取“一课两师”的教学方式提升高职机械类专业教学质量,最终形成智能化背景下的高职机械类专业创新型人才培养模式。 The concept of intelligent manufacturing has penetrated into all walks of life,and the talent training of higher vocational mechanical majors also needs to adapt to the development of intelligent manufacturing technology.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent training of higher vocational mechanical majors under the background of intelligent manufacturing,and studies the training mode of mechanical major talents in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of clarifying the training objectives of major talents and creating a bi-functional teacher team with technical innovation and teaching and research ability based on“industry-learning-research-innovation”.It is proposed to build an intelligent manufacturing teaching platform for mechanical majors based on school-enterprise cooperation by integrating multiple resources,innovate teaching methods,adopt the teaching method of“two teachers for one lesson”to improve the teaching quality of mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges,and finally form an innovative talent training model for mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligence.
