中职学生劳动素养培育内涵及策略研究

摘要 提高学生劳动素养是劳动教育的目标,是培养学生爱劳动、想劳动、会劳动的根本价值追求。为提升中职学生的劳动素养,以调查学生的劳动素养现状为基础,在劳动素养培育实践中探索贴近中职学生实际的劳动教育内容、适合的培育路径。提出灵活运用显性或隐性的教育方式,重视学生的劳动反思交流,构建客观、合理的评价指标,吸引学生参与劳动素养培育进程,引导学生专注专业学习、日常生活等劳动,促使学生不断提升劳动素养,助力学生健康成长,推动学校劳动教育高质量发展。 Improving students’labor literacy is the goal of labor education,and it is the fundamental value appeal of cultivating students to love,want and know labor.In order to improve the labor literacy of secondary vocational students,based on the investigation of the current situation of students’labor literacy,the paper explores the practical labor education content and the suitable cultivation path of secondary vocational students’labor literacy cultivation practice.It is proposed to flexibly use explicit or implicit education methods,attach importance to students’labor reflection and communication,construct objective and reasonable evaluation indicators,attract students to participate in the cultivation process of labor literacy,guide students to focus on professional learning and daily life,promote students to continuously improve labor literacy,help students grow healthily,and promote the high-quality development of school labor education.
