正念课程对高职护生情绪智力及共情能力的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Mindfulness Course on Emotional Intelligence and Empathy Ability of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 目的:探讨正念课程改善高职护生情绪智力及共情能力的效果。方法:通过发布选修课的形式招募自愿选择“正念”课程的护生60名,设置为试验组,再随机抽取与试验组一般资料无统计学意义的护生60名作为对照组。试验组在常规人文课程及人文教育基础上增加正念课程,为期8周;对照组仅接受本校常规护理人文课程及人文教育。在开课前后,两组均进行五因素正念量表中文版(FFMQ)、情绪智力量表(EIS)、人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)的自我评价。结果:①试验组在正念课程结束后的正念水平得分、情绪智力得分和共情能力得分均高于干预前(P<0.05);②试验组在课程结束时正念水平、情绪智力和共情能力得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正念课程能有效提高高职护生的情绪智力及共情能力。 Objective:To explore the influence of mindfulness course on perfecting the emotional intelligence and empathy ability of higher vocational nursing students.Methods:60 nursing students who voluntarily selected the“mindfulness”course were recruited through the form of an elective course,and settled them to the test group,and then 60 students whose general data had no statistical significance with the test group were randomly selected as the control group.The test group increased the mindfulness course on the basis of conventional humanistic courses and human education,for 8 weeks;the control group only received the school’s conventional nursing humanistic courses and human education.Before and after starting the class,the five-factor mindfulness questionnaire table(FFMQ),emotional intelligence table(EIS)and interpersonal reactivity index-c table were performed.Results:①The level of mindfulness,emotional intelligence scores and empathy ability scores of the test group were higher than before the intervention(P<0.05)at the end of the mindfulness course.②At the end of the course,the test group’s level of mindfulness,emotional intelligence scores and empathy ability scores were higher than the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness course can effectively improve the emotional intelligence and empathy ability of nursing students in higher vocational college.
