基于机器视觉的桥梁路面破损率评估方法

摘要 针对桥梁路面破损率难以准确评估的问题,提出了基于机器视觉的桥梁路面破损率评估方法。利用机器视觉采集了桥梁路面的数字图像,并进行图像的转换和调整,确定桥梁水泥混凝土路面的破损类型,识别路面破损;计算桥梁路面的竖向弹性支撑刚度和横向冲击支撑刚度,构建冲击碾压荷载分布计算模型;在分析桥梁路面破损级别的基础上,评估了桥梁路面破损率。实验结果表明,本文方法在评估桥梁路面结构类损坏和功能性损坏时,可以将评估精度提高到85%以上,为桥梁路面破损养护策略提供新思路。 A machine vision based evaluation method for bridge pavement damage rate is proposed to address the issue of difficulty in accurately assessing bridge pavement damage rate.Digital images of bridge pavement were collected using machine vision,and the images were converted and adjusted to determine the type of damage to the cement concrete pavement of the bridge and identify the pavement damage;Calculate the vertical elastic support stiffness and lateral impact support stiffness of the bridge pavement,and construct a calculation model for the distribution of impact rolling loads;On the basis of analyzing the level of bridge pavement damage,the damage rate of bridge pavement was evaluated.The experimental results show that the method proposed in the article can improve the evaluation accuracy to over 85% when evaluating structural and functional damage to bridge pavement,providing new ideas for maintenance strategies for bridge pavement damage.
