新奥法公路隧道顶拱回填灌浆施工工艺优化

Optimization of Grouting Construction Technology for the Top Arch Backfill of the New Austrian and French Highway Tunnel

摘要 本文以格鲁吉亚泽楚F0公路项目为主要研究对象,详细阐述了压浆管、灌浆孔及灌浆管的布设要求,并对拱顶回填灌浆施工工艺进行了全面的优化。在此基础上,针对灌浆过程中可能出现的漏浆现象及灌浆压力处理措施进行了详细探讨。研究结果表明:通过对比优化前后的施工工艺,发现优化后的工艺在工期、灌浆效果、衬砌结构美感、材料成本和劳动力成本等方面均表现出显著优势,具有显著的推广价值和应用前景,可为铁路、水利、地铁等工程中顶拱回填灌浆的设计和施工提供参考。 Taking Zechu F0 highway project in Georgia as the main research object,this paper expounds the layout requirements of grouting pipe,grouting hole and grouting pipe in detail,and optimizes the grouting construction technology of arch backfill.On this basis,the possible leakage phenomenon and the grouting pressure treatment measures are discussed in detail.The results show that,by comparing the construction process before and after optimization,it is found that the optimized process has significant advantages in the construction period,grouting effect,lining structure beauty,material cost and labor cost,etc,it has significant popularization value and application prospect,and can provide reference for the design and construction of top arch backfill grouting in railway,water control,subway and other projects.
