摘要
本文旨在探讨和分析现代城市更新项目中低碳节能措施的重要性,以及在建筑工程管理中的应用现状与挑战。以深圳市云荟大厦项目为例,通过有效的管理策略实现建筑行业的绿色、低碳发展。通过深入研究规划设计、建筑材料选择、施工技术及运营管理等关键环节,提出了一系列实现建筑低碳节能目标的方法,并强调了项目管理团队专业知识与监管维护机制的核心作用。研究结果表明,云荟大厦项目成功地实现了低碳节能目标,并对周边环境产生了积极影响。本文的创新之处在于综合运用多维度低碳节能措施,提出全面的低碳节能管理策略,为建筑行业的可持续发展提供新的视角和实践案例。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss and analyze the importance of low-carbon and energy-saving measures in modern urban renewal projects,as well as the application status and challenges in construction project management.Taking the Shenzhen Yunhui Building Project as an example,the green and low-carbon development of the construction industry is achieved through effective management strategies.Through in-depth research on the key links such as planning and design,building material selection,construction technology and operation management,a series of methods to achieve the goal of low-carbon and energy-saving buildings are proposed,and the core role of the professional knowledge of the project management team and the supervision and maintenance mechanism is emphasized.The results of the study show that the Yunhui Tower Project has successfully achieved the goal of low carbon and energy saving,and has had a positive impact on the surrounding environment.The innovation of this paper lies in the comprehensive use of multi-dimensional low-carbon energy-saving measures,and the proposal of a comprehensive low-carbon and energy-saving management strategy,which provides new perspectives and practical cases for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
