Study on the Quality Control of Concrete Pouring in High-Rise Buildings

随着城市化进程的加速,高层建筑已成为现代城市发展的重要标志,在高层建筑施工中,混凝土的质量优劣直接决定了整体建筑质量。而其中混凝土浇筑环节则是保障建筑质量、安全和使用寿命的关键环节。然而,混凝土浇筑过程中若质量控制不当,则很容易引起搅拌不均、振捣不实、养护不当等问题,严重影响结构强度和耐久性,威胁高层建筑使用安全。因此,对高层建筑施工中的混凝土浇筑质量控制进行深入研究具有重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文将重点从高层建筑混凝土浇筑的施工要点以及高层建筑施工中混凝土浇筑质量控制方式这两个方面探讨高层建筑施工过程中混凝土的质量控制方法,为进一步优化高层建筑施工效果奠定坚实基础。

With the acceleration of urbanization process,high-rise buildings have become an important symbol of the development of modern cities,in the construction of high-rise buildings,the quality of concrete directly determines the overall building quality.Concrete pouring is the key link to ensure the quality,safety and service life of building.However,if the quality control is not proper in the concrete pouring process,it is easy to cause problems such as uneven mixing,false vibration and improper maintenance,which seriously affects the structural strength and durability,and threaten the safety of high-rise buildings.Therefore,it has important practical significance and theoretical value to deeply study the quality control of concrete pouring in the construction of high-rise buildings.In this paper,the quality control method of concrete in the construction process of high-rise building is discussed from two aspects:the construction key points of concrete pouring and the quality control method of concrete pouring in the construction of high-rise building,and lays a solid foundation for further optimizing the constructive effect of high-rise buildings.
