摘要
随着大数据、人工智能、物联网等新兴技术的发展,国内企业正逐步开始迈入数字化阶段,而财务数字化转型是企业数字化发展的重要一步。本文基于TOE模型从技术、组织、环境三方面对X公司财务数字化转型进行了分析,X公司以“多基地协同、数字化管控”作为数字化转型的战略,通过搭建财务共享中心、实施业财税一体化、构建扁平化组织结构等措施进行财务数字化转型,用财务数字化转型推动企业数字化转型,加快企业形成新质生产力,促进企业高质量发展。
With the development of emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and internet of things,domestic enterprises are gradually starting to enter the digital stage,and financial digital transformation is an important step in the digital development of enterprises.Based on the TOE model,the paper analyzes the financial digital transformation of Company X from three aspects:technology,organization and environment.Company X takes"multi-base synergy and digital control"as the strategy of digital transformation,and carries out financial digital transformation by measures such as building a financial sharing center,implementing the integration of industry,finance and tax,and constructing a flat organizational structure.The digital transformation of the enterprises can be promoted through financial digital transformation,and the cultivation of new productivity can be accelerated,to promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.
