摘要
随着“1+X”制度的推进,高职金融管理专业在培养学生实际能力和适应金融行业需求方面面临着新的挑战。为了更好地推动“岗课赛证”融通课程体系的开发,本研究通过分析“1+X”制度的背景和高职金融管理专业的特点,聚焦于“岗课赛证”融通课程体系的开发机理与实施路径,把企业真实的业务、职业认证及技能竞赛的能力要求融入课程体系,使学生具备职业岗位需求技能,为教师提升实践教学能力提供途径。
With the advancement of the"1+X"system,the financial management majors of higher vocational education are facing new challenges in cultivating students'practical abilities and adapting to the needs of the financial industry.In order to better promote the development of the integrated curriculum system of"Post-Course-Competition-Certification",the study analyzes the background of the"1+X"system and the characteristics of higher vocational financial management majors,focusing on the development mechanism and implementation path of the integrated curriculum system of"Post-Course-Competition-Certification".It integrates the enterprises'capacity requirements of the real business,vocational certification,and skill competition into the curriculum system,so that students can have the skills required for vocational positions,and provides a way for teachers to improve their practical teaching ability.
