苏茵解毒颗粒治疗慢性肾脏病3~5期临床观察

Clinical observation on the efficacy and safety of Suyin Jiedu Granules in the treatment of third-to fifth-stage chronic kidney disease

目的探讨苏茵解毒颗粒治疗慢性肾脏病3~5期有效性和安全性。方法将200例3~5期慢性肾脏病患者按照随机数表法分成观察组与对照组,各100例。2组均接受常规基础治疗,观察组在此基础上给予苏茵解毒颗粒治疗。观察2组治疗前后中医肾虚浊毒证证候积分、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、肾功能指标[血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、肾小球滤过率(estimated glomerular filtration rate,eGFR)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血白蛋白(albumin,ALB)]、血常规和血脂指标[红细胞计数(red blood cell count,RBC)、血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)、三酰甘油(triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)]改善状况,统计2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果2组治疗后各指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),其中观察组治疗后,神疲乏力、腰酸腰痛、水肿、恶心呕吐、夜尿频多等证候积分,24 h尿蛋白定量和尿微量白蛋白水平,Scr和BUN水平,血TG和TC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),eGFR和ALB指标,RBC和Hb指标及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苏茵解毒颗粒能够降低3~5期慢性肾脏病患者血尿蛋白水平,改善肾功能,调节血常规和血脂代谢,有助于缓解临床症状,疗效明显。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Suyin Jiedu Granules in the treatment of third-to fifth-stage chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 200 patients with third-to fifth-stage chronic kidney disease were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups received a routine basic treatment,while the observation group was treated with Suyin Jiedu Granules on that basis.The improvement of TCM scores of the syndrome of turbid toxin due to kidney deficiency,the 24-hour urine protein quantification,the urine microalbumin,the renal function indicators[serum creatinine(Scr),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),albumin(ALB)],the blood routine and blood lipid indicators[red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)]were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the total effective rates and adverse reactions of the two groups were calculated.Results After treatment,the scores for symptoms such as fatigue,lower back pain,edema,nausea and vomiting,frequent nocturia,the 24-hour urinary protein quantification,the levels of urinary microalbumin,the levels of Scr and BUN,and the levels of blood TG and TC were significant lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the indicators of eGFR and ALB,the indicators of blood RBC and Hb,and the total effective rate were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion The application of Suyin Jiedu Granules can reduce the levels of blood and urine protein in patients with third-to fifth-stage chronic kidney disease,improve renal function,and regulate blood routine and lipid metabolism,which help alleviate clinical symptoms and achieve a significant therapeutic effect.
