摘要
针对低年级医学生自主学习能力和医学人文胜任力不足的现状,本课程秉承“以学生成长为中心”和“以成果为导向”的教育理念,在前期创新教学实践的基础上,创建合作式、体验式、情境化的CES混合式教学模式。为践行“高阶性”“创新性”和“挑战度”的一流本科课程建设内涵,本课程深度融合课程思政,搭建与该课程配套的慕课学习资源,构建了多元评价体系等创新教学实践。结果表明,对本课程的创新改革可以激发医学生的内生学习动力,促进医学生自主学习能力的培养,提升医学生的综合能力和医学人文胜任力。该模式适用于低年级医学生早期临床思维的培养与医学人文教育,值得推广应用。
In response to the inadequate autonomous learning ability and medical humanistic competence of junior medical students,this course applied the educational principles of“student-centered”and“outcome-based education(OBE)”.On the basis of previous innovative teaching practices,the CES blended teaching mode of collaborative learning,experiential learning and situational teaching has been established.To fulfill the connotations of“higherlevel”“innovation”and“challenge”in the construction of a first-class undergraduate course,this course deeply integrated ideological and political education into the curriculum and established corresponding MOOC learning resources,and constructed innovative teaching practices such as a diversified evaluation system.The results indicated that the innovative reform of the course could stimulate medical students’endogenous learning motivation,promote the cultivation of autonomous learning ability,and enhance their comprehensive ability and medical humanities competence.It is applicable to the cultivation of early clinical thinking and medical humanities education for junior medical students,and is worthy of promotion and application.
