摘要
目的通过医学专业课程“医学细胞生物与遗传学”思政教学案例库的建设,把课程思政元素融入专业课教学过程中,推动医学教育改革。方法经医学专业课教师、思政理论课教师和医学人文课教师共同参与,针对临床医学专业课程思政的育人目标,遵循科学性、实用性和系统性的原则,按照科学精神、大医精诚、爱国情怀、身边故事、职业素养、社会责任六个模块,建设高质量的思政案例库。将临床专业学生的理想信念、敬业奉献精神、科学探索精神、诚实守信精神、医学人文素养、团队合作精神的培养有机结合起来,形成一个相互关联和相互补充的整体。学校也采取有效措施保障案例库的建设和使用。结果通过充分挖掘和梳理课程思政元素、科学归纳和整合,最终经教师团队逐一审核,形成有温度的课程思政案例库,并在实践中不断完善和升级。结论思政案例库的建设有效提高了教师在专业课教学过程中自然融入思政元素的能力,探索学生喜欢的专业课思政教学模式,达到了立德树人的教学目的。
Objective Through the construction of the case base of ideological and political teaching for the medical professional course“Medical Cell Biology and Genetics”,integrate ideological and political elements of courses into the teaching process of professional courses,in order to promote the reform of medical education.Methods With the participation of medical professional courses teachers,ideological and political theory teachers and medical humanities teachers,aiming at the educational goal of ideological and political education in clinical medical courses,we followed the principles of scientificity,practicality and systematicness,and built a high-quality ideological and political case base according to six modules:scientific spirit,great medical sincerity,patriotic feelings,stories around us,professional quality and social responsibility.The cultivation of clinical students’ideals and beliefs,dedication,scientific exploration,honesty and trustworthiness,medical humanities and teamwork spirit should be organically combined to form an interrelated and complementary whole.The school also takes effective measures to ensure the construction and use of the case base.Results Through fully digging and combing the ideological and political elements of the curriculum,scientific induction and integration,and finally being audited by the teachers’team one by one,the case base of curriculum ideological and political education is formed,which is constantly improved and upgraded in practice.Conclusion The construction of ideological and political case base effectively improves the teaching quality of teachers’ideological and political courses,explores students’favorite ideological and political teaching mode,and achieves the teaching purpose of moral education.
