大学生思政课获得感:意涵、机理与路径

摘要 将获得感作为映射大学生思政课质量的评判指标,是完成党和国家给予思政课教育者“立德树人”使命的客观需要。从个人德性形塑视角理解大学生思政课获得感的内涵,进而剖析其物我互动的合一性、身心受益的真实性与价值体验的超越性等特性,有助于全面把握大学生思政课获得感意涵。大学生思政课获得感的生成机理由需要满足、认知整合、情感驱动、行为强化等四方面构成。提升大学生思政课获得感需围绕引导个体合理需求、协调自我认知、发挥情感先导和强化实践体验等方面展开,为提升思政课教学质量提供新的范式。 It is an objective need to fulfill the mission of“establishing morality and cultivating people”given by the Party and the State to ideological and political educators to take the sense of gain as an evaluation indicator to reflect the quality of ideological and political courses for college students.It will help to fully grasp the connotation of the sense of gain of ideological and political courses for college students to understand the connotation of the sense of gain of ideological and political courses for college students from the perspective of personal virtue shaping,and then analyze its characteristics such as the unity of the interaction between things and the individual,the authenticity of physical and mental benefits,and the transcendence of value experience.The generating mechanism of the sense of gain of ideological and political courses for college students is composed of four aspects:need satisfaction,cognitive integration,emotional drive,and behavior reinforcement.The improvement of the sense of gain of ideological and political courses for college students needs to focus on guiding individual reasonable needs,coordinating self-cognition,giving play to emotional guidance,and strengthening practical experience,so as to provide a new paradigm for improving the quality of ideological and political teaching.
