无取向硅钢涂层应用技术研究

摘要 随着环保政策的加强,近年来无取向硅钢无铬涂层产品产量迅速增长。早期的无铬涂层产品性能和质量稳定性与含铬涂层存在一定的差异。本文通过向涂液增加添加剂,可显著改善涂层表面质量;同时,通过树脂选型及改性调整,提高了产品的焊接性、防锈性、绝缘性和耐热性。无铬涂层产品质量和性能有了明显的提升,并且在不同应用场景下表现出不同的特性,使无铬涂层产品得到快速发展。 With the strengthening of environmental policies,the production of non-oriented silicon steel and chromium free coating products has rapidly increased in recent years.There are certain differences in performance and quality stability between early chromium free coating products and chromium containing coatings.This article showed that adding additives to the coating solution can significantly improve the surface quality of the coating.Meanwhile,through resin selection and modification adjustments,the product’s weldability,rust resistance,insulation,and heat resistance have been improved.The quality and performance of chromium free coating products have been significantly improved,and they exhibit different characteristics in different application scenarios,leading to rapid development of chromium free coating products.
