共同富裕思路下的城郊桥下空间利用——以方下店村桥下空间为例

Exploring the Utilization of Under-Bridge Spaces in the Urban-Rural Fringe within the Pursuit of Common Prosperity:A Case Study of the Under-Bridge Space of Fangxiadian Village

探讨了在共同富裕理念指导下,浙江省城郊地区桥下空间的有效利用。以金华市婺城区方下店村为例,分析了桥下空间的概念及分类,并讨论了当前开发利用中遇到的挑战。通过微改造和精提升,以“花木+”及“体育+”为设计主线,探索了桥下空间的多功能复合利用模式,提升了空间利用效率,从而促进地方产业发展。最后,提出桥下空间开发需在使用方、管理方和运营方共商共谋与紧密协作的前提下,共同推动城乡融合和共同富裕建设。

This paper explores the effective utilization of under-bridge spaces in suburban areas of Zhejiang Province within the context of common prosperity.Using Fangxiadian Village in Wucheng District,Jinhua City,as an example,this article first analyzes the concept and classification of under-bridge spaces and discusses the challenges encountered in current development and utilization efforts.Through micro-renovation and refined enhancement,the study explores a multifunctional and integrated utilization model for under-bridge spaces,with“Floriculture+”and“Sports+”as the main design themes,aiming to improve space utilization efficiency and promote local industrial development.Finally,it is proposed that the development of under-bridge spaces should be promoted under the premise of joint consultation and close cooperation among users,managers,and operators,to drive the integration of urban and rural areas and the construction of common prosperity.
