目的 探索智慧病房建设中多系统集成方式。方法 根据智慧病房各子系统对支持数据时限要求的不同,基于集成平台与数据中台分别实现实时消息与业务数据的互联互通。结果 解决了智慧病房建设中多系统难以集成的痛点,完成多系统深度整合,实现了移动护理、移动查房、智能病房交互、输液监控、体征采集自动上传等,提高了医护人员的工作效率和质量,改善了患者的就医体验。结论 利用集成平台与数据中台架构的包容性和可扩展性,可融入复杂多样的智慧病房子系统,最终达到优化医疗流程、提升工作效率、提高服务水平的良好效果。

Objective Exploring Multi Systems Integration Methods in the Construction of Smart Wards.Methods According to the different requirements of each subsystem in the smart wards for supporting data time limits,real-time messaging and business data interconnection are achieved based on the integration platform and data middle platform,respectively.Results Solved the pain points of difficult integration of multi systems in the construction of smart wards,and completed deep integration of multiple systems;The implementation of mobile nursing,mobile ward rounds,intelligent ward interaction,infusion monitoring,and automatic uploading of physical signs has improved the work efficiency and quality of medical staff,and enhanced the patient’s medical experience.Conclusion By utilizing the inclusiveness and scalability of the integrated platform and data middle platform architecture,complex and diverse smart wards subsystems can be integrated,ultimately achieving good results in optimizing medical processes,improving work efficiency and service levels.
