摘要
目的 解决流调和随访信息收集过程中依赖大量人力、问答模板单一、反复多次、效率低等问题。方法研究面向流调随访信息自动收集的人机连续问答技术,实现流调随访问答模板的自动生成和流调随访信息可信度评估,形成高效、可信、鲁棒的疾病流调和随访信息自动收集方案。结果 通过基于人机连续问答的疾病流调与随访智能技术研究,并开展规模化验证与示范应用,显著提升流调随访效率和精准度。结论 通过构建与新技术有效配合的精准流调随访业务模式,为形成和推广面向现代疾病防控的智能化信息采集与解析解决方案提供较为成熟、可复制的经验模式。
Objective To solve the problems of relying on a large amount of manpower,having a single question and answer template,repeating multiple times,and low efficiency in the process of collecting flow and follow-up information.Methods Research on the human-machine continuous question and answer(Q&A)technology for automatic collection of flow and follow-up information.It realizes the automatic generation of flow and follow-up question and answer templates and the evaluation of the credibility of flow and follow-up information,forming an efficient,reliable,and robust scheme for disease epidemiological investigation and automatic collection of follow-up information.Results Through the research of intelligent technology for disease investigation and follow-up based on human-machine continuous Q&A,and the large-scale verification and demonstration application,the efficiency and accuracy of investigation and follow-up have been significantly improved. Conclusion By building a precise flow investigation and follow- up business model that effectively cooperates with new technologies, a mature and replicable experience mode is provided for the formation and promotion of intelligent information collection and analysis solutions for modern disease prevention and control.
