教育强国背景下高职学生全球胜任力培养的价值意蕴、现实困境及实现路径

The Value Implication,Realistic Dilemma and Implementation Path of Global Competence Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students under the Background of Building a Strong Educational Syetem

国际合作与交流是教育强国建设的题中之义,人员国际化是职业教育提升对外传播能力及国际影响力的基础。高职学生全球胜任力培养具有独特的价值意蕴,其在提升高职教育国际影响力、推动职业教育强国建设、提升高职院校人才培养质量、遵循人的全面发展等方面具有重要价值。当前,高职学生全球胜任力的培养仍面临着政策引导与保障不足、课程体系建设不完善、教师缺乏全球胜任力教学专业素养、全球胜任力教育资源不均衡等现实困境。基于此,要构建以国家政策为引领、以“在地国际化”课程为窗口、以师资建设为内核、以教育数字化转型为引擎的多维路径,促进教育强国背景下高职学生全球胜任力的培养。

International cooperation and exchange are essential to building a strong educational system,and personnel internationalization is the foundation for vocational education to enhance its external communication capabilities and international influence.The cultivation of the global competence of higher vocational students has its unique value implications.It is of great value in enhancing the international influence of higher vocational education,promoting the construction of a powerful country in vocational education,improving the quality of talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges,and following the comprehensive development of human beings.At present,the cultivation of global competence among higher vocational students still faces practical difficulties,such as insufficient policy guidance and guarantee,incomplete curriculum system construction,lack of professional competence in teaching global competence among teachers,and uneven distribution of global competence education resources.Based on this,it is necessary to build a multidimensional path with national policies as the guide,internationalization at home courses as the window,teacher construction as the core,and digital transformation of education as the engine to promote the cultivation of global competence of higher vocational students under the background of building a strong educational system.
