学生视角下的高职院校通识教育:实施现状、问题表征与优化路径

摘要 高职院校通识教育既有理想层面的育人价值,也有现实层面的实施困境。基于学生的视角,通过对高职院校通识教育现状进行调查发现,目前高职院校通识教育的设计和实施存在三个问题:对通识教育课程设置的意义认识不够,通识课程设置缺乏科学理论的指导,通识课程师资水平有待提高。未来应注重通专结合的课程体系设计,建设具有特色的通识教育课程;提升通识课教师教育教学水平,打造高素质通识课程师资队伍;完善师生并重的多元评价机制,赋能通识课程的优质高效。 General education in vocational colleges possesses ideal educational values while facing practical implementation challenges.Based on a survey from the student perspective,three primary issues have been identified in the design and implementation of general education.These issues include insufficient understanding of the significance of course settings,a lack of scientific theoretical guidance in curriculum design,and the need to improve the quality of faculty for general courses.In the future,attention should be given to designing a curriculum system that integrates general and specialized education,as well as developing distinctive general education courses.Additionally,enhancing the teaching quality of general education instructors and establishing a diverse evaluation mechanism that values both teachers and students is essential to empower high-quality and efficient general education courses.
