基于管桩的全装配式桥梁设计与应用

摘要 采用高强管桩与预制板梁固结形成框架体系的结构,称之为桩板式结构。13m桩板桥为首个基于管桩的全装配式标准跨径的桥梁结构,管桩、盖梁及主梁均为工厂化预制,桩基采用打入法施工,在桥梁建设领域实现了标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工。首先从设计的角度介绍了柱-盖梁、管桩-柱关键节点连接的构造和受力特点,继而以实际工程项目给出打入法施工的单桩竖向承载力以及终锤贯入度的计算方法,最后给出管桩施工质量主要控制要点。通过计算和分析表明,管桩的节点连接受力可靠,打入法施工的单桩竖向承载力以及终锤贯入度应先按估算公式计算,用试桩试验进行确定,最终施工以桩长和贯入度进行双控。 The structure formed by high-strength pipe piles and prefabricated slab beams is called pile slab structure.The 13m span pile slab bridge is the first fully assembled standard span bridge structure based on pipe piles,in which the pipe piles,cap beams,and main beams are all prefabricated in the factory,and the pile foundation is constructed using the driving method.Standardized design,factory production,and assembly construction have been achieved in the field of bridge construction.Firstly,from a design perspective,the construction and stress characteristics of the key node connections between column and bent cap,pipe pile and column,were introduced.Then,based on actual engineering projects,the calculation methods for the vertical bearing capacity of a single pile and the final hammer penetration were provided.Finally,the main control points for the construction quality of pipe piles were given.Through calculation and analysis,the node connection of the pipe pile was reliable in force bearing.The vertical bearing capacity and final hammer penetration of a single pile constructed by the driving method should be first estimated according to the formula and determined through pile testing.The final construction should be controlled by both pile length and penetration.
