文化使命是中国共产党初心使命在文化领域的体现,是中国共产党矢志不渝的价值追求。在百年奋斗历程中,中国共产党根据时代变化与实践要求,不断确立新的文化使命,推动文化使命经历了新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设以及中国特色社会主义新时代的历史演变。在这一历史演变中,党对文化使命的诠释、践行积累了重要经验,即坚持以人民为中心、坚持推动中华民族文明现代化、坚持“两个结合”、坚持将文化建设纳入社会主义现代化建设。立足中国共产党文化使命演变的百年历程及其经验,担负新的文化使命应当坚持习近平文化思想的指引、坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位、坚持党对文化建设的领导、坚持推进“两个结合”。

The cultural mission is the embodiment of the original aspiration and mission of the Communist Party of China in the cultural domain,and is the unwavering value pursuit of the Party.Throughout its centennial struggle,the Party has consistently defined new cultural missions in accordance with the requirements of the times and practice,driving the cultural mission to undergo transitions from the New Democratic Revolution,the Socialist Revolution and Construction,Reform and Opening up,and Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.In this historical process,the Party has accumulated important experience in interpreting and carrying out its cultural mission,adhering to the people-centered approach,upholding the modernization of the civilization of the Chinese nation,adhering to the"two combinations",and integrating cultural construction into socialist modernization.Based on the centennial struggle of the Party's cultural mission evolution and its experience,we,undertaking the new cultural mission,should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture,the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology,the leadership of the Party in cultural construction,and the promotion of the"two combinations".
