《红楼梦》中医文化负载词法译方法研究

The Translation Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture-Loaded Words in French Translation of A Dream of Red Mansions

中医文化在中外文化交流中发挥重要作用,是中华传统文化的重要组成部分,涉医文学著作已成为传承中医文化和推动中医文化海外传播的重要载体。《红楼梦》蕴含丰富的中医文化知识,是中国古典四大名著之一。该文以传播较广的《红楼梦》法文全译本为研究对象,从归化与异化角度探究《红楼梦》中医文化负载词的法译方法,力求发现其翻译方法,并为中医文化的法语翻译提供借鉴。经分析发现,李治华与雅歌在翻译中医术语时采用直译法、“音译+直译”法、释义法和套译法4种翻译方法,在保留中医文化特色的同时尽量考虑目的语读者的思维习惯,促进了中医文化的国际交流与传播。

Traditional Chinese medicine culture plays an important role in cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries and is an important part of traditional Chinese culture.Medical-related literary works have become an important carrier for inheriting traditional Chinese medicine culture and promoting the overseas dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture.A Dream of Red Mansions contains rich cultural knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and is one of the four classic Chinese classics.Taking the widely spread French translation of A Dream of Red Mansions as the research object,this paper explores the French translation method of the Chinese medicine culture-loaded words in it from the perspective of domestication and foreignization,striving to discover its translation method and provide reference for the French translation of Chinese medical culture.After analysis,it was found that Li's translation used four translation methods:literal translation,transliteration+literal translation,paraphrase and set translation,striving to consider the thinking habits of the target language readers,while preserving the cultural characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,which promotes the international exchange and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
