阅读推广的社会化参与机制研究——基于广州民间读书会的实证分析

Research on the Social Participation Mechanism of Reading Promotion——An Empirical Analysis Based on Folk Reading Clubs in Guangzhou

社会化参与机制是阅读推广的核心。当代社会存有大量通过读书会推动阅读,以及心得体会分享,实现趣缘群体社会交往的民间需求和民间组织,成为阅读推广中显著的社会性参与力量。近年来,广州市图书馆与民间读书会的项目制合作,在资金支持、项目引导等方面为社会力量参与阅读推广实践创新了思路,积累了较多成效和经验,也切实推动部分民间读书会开辟了一条兼顾合作与独立发展、极具专业化和个性化的运营道路。政策支持的阅读推广虽然在一定程度上解决了民间读书会资源配置问题,但也存在兴趣爱好与生存来源压力,公益诉求与经济利益冲突等问题。未来相关部门应更多思考自媒体生态中如何更专业、更开放、更多元地利用和发挥社会力量,以实现阅读推广实践模式的创新。

The mechanism of social participation is the core of reading promotion.In contemporary society,there are a large number of non-governmental needs and organizations to promote reading,share experience and realize the social communication of interest groups,which has become significant social participation force in the promotion of reading.In recent years,the project-based cooperation between Guangzhou Library and folk reading clubs has innovated ideas and accumulated lots of results and experience for social forces to participate in reading promotion practice in terms of financial support and project guidance.It has also effectively promoted some folk reading clubs to open up a highly professional and personalized operation path that takes into account both cooperation and independent development.Although the reading promotion supported by policy has solved the problem of resource allocation of private book clubs to a certain extent,there are still some problems,such as the friction between interests and pressure of survival,the conflict between public welfare demands and economic interests,and so on.In the future,relevant departments should think more about how to use and give full play to social forces more professionally,openly and multifariously in the self-media ecology,so as to realize the innovation of reading promotion practice mode.
