Promote the Inheritance of Archival Culture,and Glow the Influence of the Archival Era

档案是历史文化、社会发展进程的记录载体,不仅是优秀文化、发展经验、精神文明的传播渠道,同时也在当代社会建设与文化事业发展中发挥着重要的指导与引导作用。新形势下,各行业创新改革与持续发展,对各类档案提出了较高开发利用需求。这就要求相关部门顺势而为,推动档案文化传承,焕发档案在新时代的影响力。该文采用文献综述法作出如下分析:首先论述了档案文化的内涵与价值;其次分析了档案文化所具备的传承、储存、传播功能;再次阐明了档案文化传承在文化传播、社会发展等领域的积极作用;最后提出了牢固树立科学的档案文化观念、深化相关人员的档案文化编研意识与能力、提高档案文化展现力、加大对档案文化的研究力度、加强创新与开放、系统规划与统筹推进、提高服务质量等措施,以期为档案相关单位及人员推动档案文化传承提供一些参考与启发。

Archives are the record carriers of historical culture and social development processes.They are not only channels for the dissemination of excellent culture,development experience,and spiritual civilization,but also play an important guiding role in contemporary social construction and cultural development.Under the new situation,innovation,reform,and sustainable development in various industries have put forward high demands for the development and utilization of various types of archives.This requires relevant departments to take advantage of the situation,promote the inheritance of archival culture,and unleash the influence of the archival era.This article adopts the literature review method to make the following analysis.Firstly,it discusses the connotation and value of archival culture.Secondly,the inheritance,storage,and dissemination functions of archival culture were analyzed.Once again,the positive role of archival culture inheritance in cultural dissemination,social development,and other fields has been elucidated.Finally,measures were proposed to firmly establish a scientific concept of archive culture,deepen the awareness and ability of relevant personnel in archive culture compilation and research,enhance the display of archive culture,increase research efforts on archive culture,strengthen innovation and openness,systematically plan and coordinate promotion,and improve service quality,in order to provide some reference and inspiration for archive related units and personnel to promote the inheritance of archive culture.
