摘要
针对太原市既有居住建筑不同能耗水平共存的现象,拟开展主城区老旧建筑节能改造。因而对主城区2007年10月1日前竣工的部分建筑进行调查,发现其围护结构传热系数与JGJ 26—2018的限值相差甚远。为此根据太原市气候条件和建筑节能75%的要求,提出节能改造的建议方案。按照3年全部改造完成核算,届时可年节约燃煤量约13.31万t。
In view of the coexistence of different energy consumption levels of existing residential buildings in Taiyuan,the energy-saving transformation of old buildings in the main urban area is planned.Therefore,some buildings completed before October 1,2007 in the main urban area were investigated,and it was found that the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope structure was far from the limit value of JGJ 26—2018.Therefore,according to the climate conditions of Taiyuan city and the requirement of building energy saving of 75%,the proposal of energy saving renovation is put forward.According to the calculation of the completion of all the transformation in three years,the annual saving of coal will be about 133,100 tons.
