基于BIM技术的装配式卫生间施工优化研究

摘要 装配式卫生间是建筑业发展的重要趋势,但在公寓、经济性连锁酒店、医疗和精装修住宅领域中的应用还有待继续研究。为了响应国家政策理念,中电建科技创新产业园在建筑设计和施工过程中采用了多项节能环保技术,其中之一就是基于BIM的装配式卫生间施工技术。装配式卫生间技术将卫生间的各个部分在工厂预制成模块化的单元,运输到现场后直接安装在预留的位置,无需现场湿作业。本项目采用装配式装修和同层排水系统相结合的方式,充分体现了装配式建筑和BIM技术的优势和特点,大幅缩短了施工周期,降低了材料浪费和噪声污染,提高了卫生间的品质和舒适度。 The assembled bathroom is an important trend in the development of the construction industry,and it is an important initiative for the construction industry to implement the Party Central Committee and the State Council's proposal to promote the structural reform of the supply side.However,the application of assembled bathrooms in the field of flats,economic hotel chains,healthcare and finely-decorated houses has to be continued to be studied.In response to the national policy concept,CECC Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park has adopted a number of energysaving and environmentally friendly technologies in building design and construction,one of which is the BIM-based assembly bathroom construction technology.The assembled bathroom technology prefabricates the various parts of the bathroom into modular units in the factory,and then directly installs them in the reserved positions after transporting them to the site,eliminating the need for onsite wet work.This project adopts the combination of assembled decoration and same-level drainage system,which fully embodies the advantages and features of assembled construction and BIM technology,greatly shortens the construction cycle,reduces material waste and noise pollution,and improves the quality and comfort of the bathroom.
