基于智能建造技术的屋盖钢结构滑移施工方法研究

RESEARCH ON THE SLIDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ROOF STEEL STRUCTURE BASED ON INTELLIGENT CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY

摘要 传统屋盖结构施工存在周期长、成本高、精度难以保证等问题,因此新型施工方法的研究成为迫切需求。然而目前的研究主要集中在施工技术本身,对于特殊形状和环境条件下的滑移施工方法研究相对较少。本研究聚焦于新建渝黔铁路重庆东站站房及配套综合交通枢纽工程的屋盖钢结构滑移施工,基于智能建造技术展开深入研究。针对屋盖钢结构滑移施工,研究提出基于智能建造技术的施工体系,包括滑移前准备、滑移施工技术和滑移过程应急预案。关键技术包括滑移支撑体系构建、屋盖钢结构顶推技术机理分析、BIM施工模拟、液压同步滑移计算机控制技术和滑移过程桁架精度控制。通过综合运用这些技术,能够在提高效率、安全性和精准性方面显著提升屋盖钢结构滑移施工的整体效能。然而,研究也指出存在的挑战,未来的研究应致力于解决这些挑战,全面提升滑移施工的适用性和优化方案。 Traditional roof structure construction faces challenges such as long construction periods,high costs,and difficulty in ensuring accuracy.Therefore,research on new construction methods has become an urgent need.However,current research mainly focuses on construction techniques themselves,with relatively insufficient exploration of sliding construction methods under special shapes and environmental conditions.This study concentrates on the sliding construction of the roof steel structure of the Chongqing East Station building and its supporting comprehensive transportation hub project on the newly constructed Chongqing-Guizhou railway.The research delves into this by leveraging smart construction technology.For the sliding construction of roof steel structures,the study proposes a construction system based on intelligent construction technology.This system includes presliding preparations,sliding construction techniques,and emergency plans for the sliding process.Key technologies involve the construction of sliding support systems,analysis of the mechanism behind roof steel structure pushing technology,Building Information Modeling(BIM)construction simulation,computer-controlled hydraulic synchronous sliding technology,and precision control of the sliding process truss.Through the comprehensive application of these technologies,the overall efficiency,safety,and precision of roof steel structure sliding construction can be significantly enhanced.However,the research also highlights existing challenges.Future studies should focus on addressing these challenges to comprehensively improve the applicability and optimization of sliding construction methods.
