摘要
在癌症治疗过程中所产生的经济毒性逐渐引起国内外学者的广泛关注,而这一现象在血液肿瘤患者中比较突出。本文对血液肿瘤患者经济毒性的相关概念、测评指标和工具、现状、影响因素及护理相关干预策略进行综述,以期为改善血液肿瘤患者经济毒性的护理实践提供参考。
Objective The financial toxicity generated during cancer treatment has gradually attracted widespread attention from scholars both domestically and internationally,and this phenomenon may be more prominent in patients with hematological tumors.This article reviews the research progress of economic toxicity in patients with hematological malignancies,including related concepts,evaluation tools,current situation,influencing factors and nursing related intervention strategies,in order to provide reference for nursing practices to improve economic toxicity in hematological tumor patients.
